What areas do you service?
We service the whole DMV area.
Do the same people come each time?
We try to send the same crew each time, although we cannot guarantee it. We know how important it is to have that warm and fuzzy feeling each time you see the same faces. Sometimes we have to juggle a bit, but we’ll always do our best to keep your crew consistent.
Are you a pet friendly service?
Yes! We love your furry friends. We will work around them.
Do I need to be home while the cleaning is done?
Whatever is most comfortable for you! If you would like to be at home, that is fine with us. If you have errands to run, or are away, that works for us as well.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Definitely. We bring all cleaning supplies, including a vacuum. If you have specific products you would like us to use or not use, let us know and we can certainly accommodate.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our preferred forms of payment are cash, check or Zelle.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Since we are a small business, we appreciate at least 48 hours notice.
How long does it take to clean?
It varies for each home or business. Factors like square footage, number of rooms, bathrooms, condition of the space will determine the time spent.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes we are!
How does tipping work?
Tips are not required but greatly appreciated. If you wish to tip your cleaning team, you can do so at the time of service or add it to your payment.
